  18. Well, actually, it doesn't take that much processor time to use ISDN
  19. connection.  I am assuming you are using a Bitsurfer Pro at no more
  20. than 128 Kbps.

  22. Any 486 class and even 386 will do well under windows 3.11 with 8 mb
  23. memory.
